The timescales for your immigration case may vary depending on factors such as barristers’ availability, the necessity for additional documents, and court waiting times. As a general guideline, courts typically schedule a hearing date approximately eight to ten weeks after an application is issued.
Fees
We offer fixed fees for our services, ensuring transparency and predictability for our clients. Below are estimated ranges of fixed fees for various stages of your case:
- Initial conference: £150 to £500
- Written advice on appeal: £250 to £1,000
- Preparation of appeal, including assistance with completion of forms: £200 to £1,500
- CMRH / Directions: £250 to £1,000
- First Tier Tribunal hearing: £350 to £1,500
- Refresher: £300 to £1,000
Please note that the actual fees may vary based on factors such as the complexity of your case and the experience level of the barrister required. Additionally, reasonable travel costs may apply, including potential overnight hotel stays depending on the location of the hearing.
Hourly rates for our services range from £60 to £400 per hour.
