We provide advice on settlement, including infant settlements, and offer guidance on quantum. Our services include prompt drafting of claims and defenses, as well as advocacy services for a wide range of personal injury situations, such as tripping and slipping accidents, accidents at work (including stress-related claims), road traffic accidents (RTAs), and accidents arising from breaches of Health and Safety legislation.

Chambers is open to collaboration with employers and unions, as well as individuals who have suffered injuries or losses. We embrace new methods of accessing justice, including direct access.

In suitable cases, Chambers will consider instruction on a conditional fee agreement (CFA) or damage-based agreement (DBA).
